Preparing a Business Plan

An important part of an application is the provision of a comprehensive business proposal that demonstrates the proposed business in Australia is viable, sustainable and will allow an applicant to meet permanent residency requirements in the future.

"Business proposals must provide sufficient detail and market

research to demonstrate both the technical soundness and high likelihood of success of the proposed business venture, financial forecasts and clearly demonstrate the proposed business is of significant benefit (capital investment, increased employment, technology transfer, regional or industry development etc) to the relevant State and Australia on the whole. “As part of our service we provide an in depth service in the preparation and drafting of the business proposals for our clients.

Preparing Financial Documents

Another important part of an application is the preparation and presentation of the financial documents (Audit reports-Wealth statements-etc.).These documents have to be in line with the requirements of the immigration department.

You should be able to explain material differences between your net income over the years and your present net worth, and to comply with documents to back up both your income sources and the components of your net worth.((audit reports- wealth statements- tax returns)

Why use a Registered Migration Agent?

Preparing an Australian visa application should never be about 'merely filling-in forms'. Even a so-called 'straightforward' Australian tourist visa application (particularly by applicants from certain countries) can fail resulting in a frustrating and costly experience to the applicant. Serious strategic thinking, planning and study are all very important for the preparation of a good application with the best chance of success. Our experienced Australian Immigration Lawyers will assist you to take the proper course in applying for an Australian VISA. Australia's immigration rules are complex, strictly enforced and subject to change on a regular basis. Every year, many thousands of Australian residence applications are refused, returned unprocessed or delayed due to technical errors or problems that may seem unimportant to applicants.
